Sorry for my day absense faithful readers...i had a super busy day yesterday getting ready for the first week of First and Foremost (First Pres's tv show) on Fox21. We got it done but it was stressful...check it out at 10:30am on Sundays on Fox21 starting this sunday.
The little boy is 8 weeks old today...so everybody sing,
Happy Birthday to you!
Happy Birthday to you!
Happy Birthday little Maclaren man!
Happy Birthday to you!
Very nice...he loves a nice round of singing...
we have a baby shower this weekend so he will get lots of baby goodness...fun times.s
On another note, I have a decision to make....i want to attend two major events in the same week in July.
1st-AC Milan is playing Club America in Atlanta
2nd-The Avett Brothers are playing at the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach aka The Redneck Riviera...
What a decisions....go see two majorish sqauds play the sport i love or go see my favorite band play in a crappy town? hmmmmm thats a tough one...Any thoughts?
P.S. A few days until the Cooper...I ran 5.5 miles or so the other day and it felt good (minus the chaffage) so i feel okay about the Bridge....famous last words right?
Definitely go to the soccer game.
I jogged the Cooper River Bridge Run a few years ago. My goal was to make it the whole way without walking or stopping and I made it.
However, to be fair, my left arm was falling asleep about 1/10 of a mile before the finish line, which is alarming, and I was severely sore for at least 2 full weeks afterward, but I went in with zero training, so, there it is.
I'm just down the road in Easley, neighbor.
I think the soccer game is calling me...
I did the Cooper last year and was terribly disappointed with my time so hopefully it will be better this year, we will see soon enough...
i also had some heart attack/stroke/you are dying symptoms and that wasnt fun but im still alive.
how is easley? do you know ross goodacre...great clemson guy who is also in Easley...you should know him if you dont...
Tommy, love your blog! That picture will go down in history! Be careful when you turn your bedroom fan on tonight! Good luck in the race this weekend. Two grandmas and a little man will be cheering you on!
